Habernac C'est Chaud — which translates to "it's hot" in French — was born out of a simple question: what happens when you pair the fiery punch of Habanero peppers with the sweet, golden richness of Grade A New Hampshire Maple Syrup?
The answer? Something magical. Something that makes you close your eyes, take a breath, and reach for another drizzle.
We started small. A kitchen, a few batches, some very enthusiastic taste testers (and a few who needed a glass of milk). Over time, we refined the recipe, sourced the best local ingredients we could find, and committed to making every bottle by hand in small batches.
No shortcuts. No artificial preservatives. Just real, honest flavor crafted with care at Parson's Meadow Farm.
Today, Habernac is our flagship sauce — the one that started it all. And we couldn't be prouder to share it with you.
